Wind power works - It's 100% clean energy

Wind energy can make a significant difference in the battle against global warming. It is a state-of-the art, mature technology that can be deployed fast and on a large scale, virtually anywhere in the world.

Given the right political framework conditions, wind energy could provide at least 13% of the worlds electricity in 2020 and save as much as 1,500 million tonnes of CO2 every year.
