Brazil's enormous potential
2008 was the best year ever with a 295 MW enlargement of the national capacity. There are high expectations in the market that a bidding process of around 1,000 MW will be launced in 2009.
With the 295 MW, the cumulative capacity in the end of 2008 was 687 MW. The cumuative capacity by the end of 2013 is expected to be 2,687 MW.
